At Travel2Fit, innovation is not a buzzword; it is a continuous commitment. As a travel tech startup, we are operating at the intersection of tourism, digital transformation, and skills development. We actively contribute to shaping the future of the tourism sector through participation in European Union–funded projects. (EU-funded projects here)
Over the past years, Travel2Fit has built a strong and consistent track record in EU initiatives. Moreover, we are focused on tourism innovation, digital skills, and responsible technology adoption. For that reason, we are standing out among companies in the travel tech field for both the quality and continuity of our engagement.
Proven Experience in EU-Funded Projects
Travel2Fit has successfully participated in and completed key European projects, including:
- DGI Tourism – an Erasmus+ project supporting the Digital, Green and Innovative growth of tourism VET centers and SMEs.
- EthAI Tour – an Erasmus+ project focused on the ethical use of Artificial Intelligence in tourism. With dedicated training content for Vocational Education and Training (VET) schools and tourism professionals across Europe.
Looking Ahead: The TREADS Project
Building on this experience, Travel2Fit is currently a partner in TREADS, an ongoing EU-funded project that will run until October 2026. TREADS strengthens tourism skills and resilience in a rapidly evolving digital environment, facing digital and cybersecurity risks, and reinforces Travel2Fit’s long-term commitment to education, innovation, and applied impact.
Why This Matters ?
Unlike many companies in the travel tech space, Travel2Fit combines:
- hands-on tourism expertise,
- technology-driven solutions, and
- active participation in European innovation ecosystems.
We contribute as a technology provider and a knowledge partner, supporting tourism professionals, educators, and organizations as they adapt to new digital realities.
As we continue our journey through European collaboration, Travel2Fit remains committed to developing solutions and skills that support a competitive, ethical, and future-ready tourism industry!
