Idea

The DGI Tourism project will focus on the development of educational and training material fostering eco-friendly best-practices for a more sustainable future of tourism. The educational and training material will help vocational education and training (VET) students and/or travel professionals to adapt to post-Covid market needs, acquire key competences and adapt to market transitions that suggest more eco-friendly, resilient and greener tourism products and services.

Objectives

• Develop interactive, participatory and lean vocational education and training approaches that boost eco-friendly sustainable thinking in the field of tourism;
• Develop of training material fostering eco-friendly best-practices for a more sustainable future of tourism;
• Propose a path for tourism professionals to adapt to post-covid market needs;
• Perform trials and assess results.
